Neopanda is created by a global health Tech start-up in New York, for critically ill newborns being cared for in the hospital within low-resource countries. The small, low-cost, vital signs monitor integrated into a baby's hat, tracks the four vital signs used to identify babies in distress. Currently, the creators of Neopanda are working to advance the prototype by integrating design inputs suggested by doctors and nurses in Uganda.(Ventures Africa )
