Proterra , an American electric vehicle manufacturer announced Catalyst E2 series. A zero-emission buses that can travel up to 350miles on a single charge. The buses are said to have energy storage capacity of 440 to 660KWh and set a new industry precedent. Not only that the Catalyst E2 series is energy efficient, it can also cover the same routes as the fossil-fueled buses.
